These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of consulting services by Sayif Enterpise (“Consultant,” “we,” or “us”) to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Sayif Enterpise provides consulting services, which may include, but are not limited to, advice, recommendations, reports, strategies, or other guidance related to firearm buying and building.
2. Consultation Fees
- Fees for consulting services are outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
- Payment is due as specified in the agreement.
- Late payments may incur interest or service suspension until payment is received.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Consultations must be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as specified in the agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Consultant to provide services.
- Follow recommendations at your discretion; Consultant is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on the advice provided.
5. Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and will keep all non-public information provided by you confidential.
- Information may be disclosed only if required by law or with your consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials, reports, strategies, or other deliverables provided remain the property of Sayif Enterpise unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients may use deliverables for their own purposes but may not redistribute, sell, or publish without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our consulting services are provided for informational purposes only.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services rendered.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
- Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, USA.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri, USA.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms periodically.
- The most current version will be available on our website or provided to you directly.
